ASA was formed by Datuk Ir A. Sani Karim in March 1990 and has since grown from a Sole Proprietorship business entity to a Private Limited company providing professional consultancy services in the wide ranging sub-disciplines  of civil engineering including structures, infrastructures, mass earthworks, geology, soils, hydrology, environment and construction project management consultancy.
